Females

In the hunt for females we always look for the oldest and the females with longer horns. The horn measures are usually between 10 and 25 cm. The best time for hunting them is November and December, months that are in full rut.

 

Young males usually hunt between 3 and 5 years. The measure of their horns is usually between 25 and 40cm. The best time to hunt are the months of November and December, as in these months females are in rut and the months of April and May, because large groups are formed in the spring

Representative ibex the 6 and 9 years

Representative males are the males wih horns lower than trophies score, their horns are usually between 50 and 65cm. Sometimes we find males with a single horn because of fights or malformations.

The best time for this stalking are the months of November and December, as the mating season of the females and the months of April and May, because large groups are formed in the spring.

Ibex Beceite Trophy

An Ibex trophy have 3 categories, Bronze, Silver and Gold, depending on the size of their horns, thickness and length. We hunt males who are between 11 and 13 even some years older, their horns measures will be around 70 and 90 centimeters.
The best time for this stalking are the months from November to January, as the mating season of the females where they form large groups of males and females frequenting other groups. It is also good time during April and May, because large groups of males are formed in the spring.
